1. Get extra OXYGEN into blood through exercise.
2. Drink pure filtered water. Or mineral water. Use glass storage bottles. Avoid plastic containers.
3. Check your pH level in urine. If average is below 7 (neutral), use pH drops to bring pH level to slightly ALKALINE (7 to 7.5 is ideal).
Or use SODIUM BICARBONATE - 1/2 to 1 teaspoon in a glass of water, twice a day. Be careful of sodium (salt) build up in body !
Note:
For extra severe problems mix maple syrup or honey with sodium bicarbonate at 3:1 ratio. Stir over very low gentle heat for 5 minutes, (will last in fridge for days). Take 1/2 to 1 teaspoon twice a day for 2 weeks only. Add water if preferred. Do your own internet research into this method !
4. Reduce acid foods from diet. Move to a more ALKALISING DIET. Try juicing vegetables.
5. Reduce man-made products from the home, move to more ORGANIC foods and ECO friendly products. Especially avoid Chlorine bleach. Reduce the use of harsh hair dye. Reduce use of products containing artificial sweetenners, especially Aspartame.
6. Omega 3 (high quality EPA). Try to obtain most omega3 through diet. i.e Oily Fish etc.,
7. Vitamin C (try to obtain sufficient from diet - especially from vegetables).
8. Apply IODINE transdermally (through skin). Or use kelp/seaweed, or Himilayan sea salt.
9. Bathe in MAGNESIUM flakes or Epson salts, or apply magnesium oil transdermally.
